How this works
Fixed-scope projects for a defined build, or a monthly retainer when the system needs someone who keeps it running. Either way you deal with the person writing the code — there is no account manager in between, and no handover to a team you have not met.
No price list. A number without a scope is either an underquote I regret or an overquote that loses the conversation. Tell me the problem and what it currently costs you, and you get a real figure within two working days.
Describe the problem, not the solution
The most useful first message is what is going wrong and what it costs you. I will tell you honestly whether I am the right person for it.
