Sila
Peer-to-peer messaging with no internet, no servers and no SIM
An offline-first messenger built on a self-healing Bluetooth Low Energy mesh of ordinary phones. Every device is a relay: messages hop device to device until they reach their recipient. Native BLE on both platforms is bridged into Flutter through Pigeon-generated platform channels, and the whole design is documented down to a written threat model.

Government Services over WhatsApp
Multilingual service requests with a stateful conversation pipeline
A three-part system — stateless Node gateway, Laravel request pipeline and a Flutter employee app — letting citizens file and track government service requests through WhatsApp in their own language.
